do you SEE what it means to be a bruins fan? i mean. no offense to montreal. but the bruins were in a position to waltz through this round. but noooooooooooo. not the bruins. they are going to blow it. they'll blow it now. or they will blow it next round. but they will surely blow it.

and when it happens, it will be painful. i predict the next games will go as follows:

thursday's game will be 1-0 Bruins until the third and then the Habs will score 4 crappy goals that the bruins TOTALLY should have had. the bruins, in the meantime, will have 23 shots on goal, all of which should go in but won't.

saturday they will come back to boston where the bruins will squeak by 2-1 giving hope to the fans. their winning goal will be garbage but we will all say it was fine.

back to montrela for a WIN by the bruins, providing hope.

back to boston. where the bruins will lose 32-0.

or something like that. it is hard to say exactly how it will play out but you can all rest assured the bruins will lose. they will lose big and they will lose painfully. maybe not against the habs, but they will lose. this is not their year. because they actually LOOK like it could be their year. but it's not. because they are the bruins. and they cannot win. because then the puritans don't get to go to heaven.
